    "An Act relating to school district participation in the school                                                             
    construction grant program."                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHB 135(EDC) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,
